Our Services & Transparent Pricing (2026)
Every fee we charge is on this page. University tuition and official state fees (visa and residence-permit fees) are always paid by you directly to the institution, never through us. University application fees go to the university at its own rate, paid by you or by us on your behalf, in your name. That separation is deliberate: it’s how you verify that every euro goes where we say it goes. Sworn translations are part of our service, with 5 documents included in both packages.
72-Hour Eligibility Evaluation — No separate charge
Send us your grades and documents and we check them against each university’s published requirements, then tell you which programmes you are eligible to apply for and what your file is still missing. You get that answer within 72 hours of a complete file. There is no separate charge for it, it is not one of the services listed below, and it carries no obligation to buy any of them.
An eligibility check is not an admission decision. We assess your file against the published criteria; the university decides. The 72 hours is our response time, counted from a complete file — no deadline of the university’s or the authorities’ is affected by it.

For students entering through the Preparatory Year, this package covers both years of operational work — the prep-year intake and the transition into your degree program — under one engagement and our Service-Continuity Guarantee.
Year 1 — Preparatory Intake: complete application file for the preparatory year, sworn translation of up to 5 documents, D/SD student visa guidance, airport pickup and settlement, and first-year residence permit application management.
Year 2 — Degree Transition: full file preparation for your degree admission, university enrollment tracking upon prep-year completion, and management of your first residence permit renewal for the degree program.
The Service-Continuity Guarantee — and its honest limits
The Integrated Prep + Degree Package guarantees full operational management of your university applications, visa guidance, and residence permit applications for both your preparatory year and your subsequent degree program.
Conditional clause: entry into the degree program in Year 2 and residence permit extensions are legally contingent upon successfully passing the preparatory year language examination (language certificate) and maintaining academic eligibility as set by the Romanian Ministry of Education. We guarantee our work across both years; admission and permit decisions rest with the university and the Romanian authorities — as they do for every applicant, through every agency.
