1. Collected Contact Information
When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect your name, surname, email address, message subject, and the message content. No personal identification data is collected for general browsing.
2. Purpose of Form Data Usage
The contact details you submit are solely used to answer your inquiries regarding university applications, faculties, and tuition fees in Romania. This data is never shared with third parties or sold for advertising purposes.
3. Analytics and Advertising Measurement
With your consent we use two measurement tools. Google Analytics 4 tells us how the site is used. The Meta Pixel tells us which pages lead to an enquiry, and it sends that information to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which is a recipient of your data. Neither tool loads until you press accept in the cookie banner, and if you reject, no script from Google or Meta is downloaded and nothing is sent. The pixel records that a page was viewed, whether the page was our services or deadlines page, whether you clicked a WhatsApp link, and whether a contact form message was sent successfully. Like any web request, it also receives your IP address, your browser details and a cookie identifier. It never receives your name, email address, telephone number, nationality or diploma details: advanced matching is switched off and no form field is passed to it. You can change or withdraw your answer at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
4. Cookie and Local Storage Usage
To offer a personalized experience, our website uses functional cookies and Local Storage. This technology stores your language preference and the university departments you select for comparison. Your answer to the cookie banner is stored separately, in a first-party cookie named ar-consent, for six months. All of this is stored on your browser and is not transferred to our servers. Cookies set by Google or by Meta exist only if you accepted them, and are not set otherwise.
5. Data Retention
The messages and email details you submit through the contact form are stored securely on our servers to handle your requests. Upon your request, your personal data will be permanently erased immediately, subject to statutory storage requirements.

As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data, as well as object to its processing. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us.
